Anamliniu is the trading name of Higher Realm Souls Limited, a registered company providing spiritual and wellness services. By visiting our website (www.anamliniu.com) or using our services—including online webinars, meditation sessions, energy healing, channeling, sound healing, podcasts, or participating in our community (“Services”)—you agree to these Terms of Conditions and Service (“Terms”).

  • Payments are made to Higher Realm Souls Limited, trading as Anamliniu.
  • Payments are securely processed by third-party providers; we are not responsible for errors on their platforms.
  • Refunds are governed by the terms set out in the Cancellation and Refund Policy, which applies to all sessions, webinars, and downloadable products and should be reviewed prior to purchase. By making a purchase, you agree to be bound by the terms of the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
  • For recurring subscriptions, you authorize automatic billing and may cancel according to the instructions provided at the time of purchase.
  • Accessed digital content, including recordings of webinars or sessions, may be non-refundable.

4. Content Ownership and Use

  • All content—including webinars, recordings, podcasts, written materials, and sound healing audio—is owned by Higher Realm Souls Limited.
  • You may access content for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • Do not record, copy, or share content without written permission.
  • Any live sessions may be recorded by Anamliniu; these recordings remain the sole property of Higher Realm Souls Limited. By participating in live sessions, you consent to being recorded and to the processing of your voice, image, or contributions in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

5. Community and User-Generated Content

  • By participating in our community, you agree to respect other members and follow community guidelines.
  • Inappropriate or harmful behavior may result in removal from the community.
  • If you post content in the community, you retain ownership but grant Anamliniu a non-exclusive license to display and use it within the Services.
  • Anamliniu reserves the right to remove any content at its discretion.
