Anamliniu Terms of Conditions and Service.
“Terms”

Effective Date: January 9th, 2026

Last Updated:   September 4th, 2026

Welcome to Anamlíniú.

These Terms & Conditions apply when you visit our website, book or purchase an offering, attend an event or session, access digital content, or otherwise use our services. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Anamlíniú is the trading name of Higher Realm Souls Limited, a company registered in Ireland. Our services may include online events, spiritual guidance and channeling, meditation, sound-based experiences, community gatherings, recordings, programmes and related wellbeing or personal-growth offerings (together, the “Services”).
By purchasing, booking, accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not purchase, book or use the Services.

1. Eligibility and bookings

  • You must be 18 or older to make a purchase or booking with Anamlíniú.
  • A person under 18 may participate only where the relevant Service expressly permits this and with the consent and, where appropriate, involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate booking and contact information and for checking the date, time, time zone and access requirements for the Service you book.
  • You are responsible for deciding whether a Service is suitable for you and for participating in a way that supports your own wellbeing.

2. Nature of our Services

Our Services are intended to support personal reflection, spiritual exploration, wellbeing, community and personal growth. They are experiential in nature and may include practices or perspectives that are spiritual, intuitive or consciousness-based.

  • Our Services are not medical care, psychotherapy, counselling, diagnosis, treatment, legal advice, financial advice or another regulated professional service unless expressly stated otherwise.
  • Nothing shared through channeling, meditation, spiritual guidance or related Services should be treated as a substitute for qualified professional advice where such advice is appropriate.
  • Experiences and outcomes vary from person to person. We do not guarantee any particular result, benefit, insight, energetic experience or outcome.
  • You remain responsible for your own choices, interpretation, discernment and actions following participation in a Service.

3. Bookings, payments and third-party platforms
Bookings and payments may be made directly through Anamlíniú or through third-party booking and payment platforms, including Eventbrite and other service providers we may use from time to time.

  • The price and any applicable booking, processing or platform charges will be shown before you complete a purchase.
  • Where a third-party platform processes your payment, that platform may apply its own payment, fee, refund and processing terms in addition to these Terms.
  • Where you book through a third-party platform, information such as your name, email address and booking details may be provided to Anamlíniú and processed in our systems so that we can administer and deliver your booking. This is described further in our Privacy Policy.
  • Third-party booking or payment platforms are responsible for the operation of their own systems. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have against Anamlíniú where the problem is our responsibility.

4. Cancellations, refunds, transfers and statutory rights
Our Cancellation & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and sets out the normal cancellation, refund and transfer arrangements for our Services. The policy applicable to your booking should be reviewed before purchase.

  • Where a booking is made through Eventbrite or another third-party platform, the method and timing of any refund may also be affected by that platform’s processes and the treatment of its fees.
  • Nothing in these Terms or in our Cancellation & Refund Policy excludes, restricts or overrides any cancellation, refund, repair, repeat-performance, price-reduction or other rights that you have under applicable consumer law.
  • Some consumer cancellation rights may not apply to particular categories of service, including certain leisure activities supplied on a specific date or during a specific period. Where a statutory cancellation right does apply, it will take priority over any inconsistent contractual term.
  • Digital content, recordings or digital services may be subject to specific statutory rules. Any limitation on refunds for accessed or supplied digital content applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

5. Event access, attendance and online delivery
For online events and sessions, joining information may be provided by Anamlíniú through email or another stated delivery method. You are responsible for checking your inbox, including spam or junk folders, and for having a suitable internet connection, device and software.

  • Please do not share private joining links, access credentials, replay links or attendee-only resources with anyone who has not booked or been authorised to attend.
  • We may use third-party platforms such as Zoom to deliver online Services. Those platforms operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
  • If you experience a technical problem on your own device or connection, we will try to help where reasonably possible, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access where the issue is outside our control.
  • Where a Service includes a replay or time-limited recording, the stated access period forms part of the offering. For example, some paid group events may include replay access for 72 hours.

6. Recordings, privacy and participant contributions
Some Services may be recorded by Anamlíniú for replay, delivery, quality, training, archival or content purposes. Where recording is relevant, we will provide appropriate notice through the event information, booking journey, session itself or another reasonable method.

  • We will not treat participation in every live Service as blanket consent for your identifiable image, voice or personal contribution to be used publicly for marketing.
  • Where attendee cameras and microphones are disabled, a recording may capture only the hosts, presentation material, shared content or other elements of the session.
  • If your identifiable contribution is intended for public promotional use, we will seek an appropriate permission or rely on another lawful basis where permitted by law.
  • You must not record, reproduce, distribute or publish a live session or private participant contribution without our prior written permission and, where relevant, the permission of the people concerned.

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property and permitted use

Unless otherwise stated, the content and materials made available through the Services - including recordings, written materials, meditations, audio, graphics, exercises, event content and other original materials - are owned by or licensed to Higher Realm Souls Limited.

We will not treat participation in every live Service as blanket consent for your identifiable image, voice or personal contribution to be used publicly for marketing.

  • You may use purchased or provided materials for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to any access period or specific license stated with the Service.
  • You may not copy, sell, redistribute, upload, republish, sublicense, commercially exploit or make our protected content available to others without prior written permission.
  • Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.

8. Community participation and conduct

Where you participate in an Anamlíniú community, group event or interactive Service, we ask you to engage respectfully and to protect the dignity, privacy and experience of other participants.

  • Harassment, abusive behaviour, deliberate disruption, discriminatory conduct, unauthorised recording, or sharing another participant’s private information may result in removal or restricted access.
  • We may take proportionate steps to protect participants, hosts and the integrity of the space, including warnings, muting, removal from a session, or suspension from a community.
  • Where access is ended because of serious misconduct or breach of these Terms, any refund entitlement will be considered in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the case.

9. User-generated content, feedback, polls and surveys

If you voluntarily post or submit content within our community spaces, you retain ownership of your content but grant Anamlíniú a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate the relevant Service.

From time to time, we may invite feedback or ask you to participate in polls or surveys. Participation is voluntary.

  • We may use feedback in an aggregated, anonymised or non-identifying form to understand and improve our Services.
  • We will not treat ordinary survey or feedback participation as permission to publish your identifiable words, name, image or testimonial for promotional purposes. Where we want to use identifiable feedback publicly, we will obtain appropriate permission.
  • Please do not submit sensitive personal information through general feedback forms unless we specifically request it and explain why it is needed.

10. Health, wellbeing and personal responsibility

Please participate within your own limits. If you have a medical, psychological or other condition that may be affected by meditation, breathwork, sound, energy, sensory stimulation or another part of a Service, consider seeking appropriate professional advice before participating.

  • You may stop or step away from an exercise or experience at any time if you feel uncomfortable or believe participation is not appropriate for you.
  • You remain responsible for your own decisions and for seeking qualified support where needed.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Changes, postponements and circumstances beyond our control

We may occasionally need to change a host, format, platform, timing or other non-essential aspect of a Service. Where a material change affects a booked Service, we will take reasonable steps to inform affected participants.

  • If Anamlíniú cancels or materially fails to provide a paid Service, any refund, rescheduling or other remedy will be handled in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
  • We are not responsible for delay or disruption caused by events genuinely outside our reasonable control, such as widespread telecommunications failure, severe weather, public emergencies or platform outages. This does not remove any statutory rights you may have if the Service cannot be supplied as agreed.

12. Refusal, suspension or termination of access

We may refuse, suspend or terminate access to a Service where reasonably necessary, including for non-payment, fraud, safety concerns, serious misconduct, material breach of these Terms, misuse of content, or conduct that materially disrupts the experience of others.
We will act proportionately to the circumstances. Any payment or refund consequences will be determined in accordance with applicable law, the relevant Cancellation & Refund Policy and the nature of the Service already supplied.

13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

We will provide the Services with reasonable care and skill and in accordance with the description and material terms presented at the time of booking, subject to applicable law.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of our website or third-party platforms, or that every Service will meet every participant’s personal expectations.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot be excluded, or any other liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

14. Third-party links and services

Our website, communications or Services may contain links to, or integrate with, third-party websites, applications or services. We do not control third-party content or the operation of third-party services and are not responsible for them except to the extent the law provides otherwise.

You should review the relevant third party’s terms and privacy information where appropriate.

15. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal information, including information received through third-party booking platforms such as Eventbrite and information processed through service providers used to administer and deliver your booking.

Marketing communications are handled separately from service and transactional communications. Booking or attending a Service does not, by itself, subscribe you to Anamlíniú marketing where separate consent or another lawful basis is required.

16. Governing law and consumer rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. If you are a consumer living outside Ireland, this choice of law does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the law of your country of residence. Any jurisdiction provision in these Terms is subject to mandatory rights you may have to bring or defend proceedings in another competent court.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, legal requirements or business practices. The current version will be published with a revised effective date. Changes will apply prospectively. Unless required by law or agreed with you, an update will not retrospectively alter the material contractual terms of a Service you already purchased.

18. Severability and assignment

  •  If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  • We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations in connection with a genuine business reorganisation, merger, sale or transfer, provided this does not unlawfully reduce your rights as a consumer.
